We base your estimated financial responsibility on the information provided to us by your primary insurance. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any secondary insurance may be courtesy billed after settlement with primary insurance. If there is an overpayment made by you once insurance has settled, a refund will be made to you at that time.

It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance or any other balance not paid for by your insurance company. Surgery deposits collected at the time of surgery are estimated only and do not represent patient total responsibility.
