For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Starting January 1, 2025, there will be a 3% surcharge when using a credit card. In addition, healthcare financing is made available through CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We base your estimated financial responsibility on the information provided to us by your primary insurance. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any secondary insurance may be courtesy billed after settlement with primary insurance. If there is an overpayment made by you once insurance has settled, a refund will be made to you at that time.

To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. We are currently a participating provider with the following dental insurance companies: Delta Dental and Dentemax. We are not in network with any medical insurances, Medicaid, or Medicare. Please bring all of your insurance information to your first office visit so that we can expedite reimbursement.
It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance or any other balance not paid for by your insurance company. Surgery deposits collected at the time of surgery are estimated only and do not represent patient total responsibility.
