For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Starting January 1, 2025, there will be a 3% surcharge when using a credit card. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We base your estimated financial responsibility on the information provided to us by your primary insurance.   Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.   Any secondary insurance may be courtesy billed after  settlement with primary insurance.  If there is  an overpayment made by you once insurance has settled, a refund will be made to you at that time.
