Route U.S. 52
1. Take either Huntington’s 5th Street or 17th Street West Bridge to Ohio to U.S. 52 West.
2. Travel approximately 12-15 miles, then turn left onto the Ashland bridge.
3. At the end of the bridge, turn left onto Winchester Avenue continuing on this street until you come to 29th Street.
4. At 29th Street, turn right and go one block. Tri-State Oral & Facial Surgery is located on the right at the corner of 29th Street and Carter Avenue.

Interstate 64
1. Travel I-64 West, and take the first Kentucky exit, Exit 191.
2. Turn right off the exit onto U.S. 23 and travel approximately seven miles into the city of Ashland.
3. U.S. 23 becomes Winchester Avenue near 35th Street. Stay on Winchester Avenue and turn left at 29th Street.
4. Go one block and Tri-State Oral & Facial Surgery is on the right at the corner of 29th Street and Carter Avenue.

From Portsmouth & Ironton, Ohio
1. Travel U.S. 52 East, until you reach the Ashland Bridge. (Notes:the exit is on the left if you’re coming from Ironton)
2. At the end of the bridge, turn left onto Winchester Avenue staying on this until you come to 29th Street.
3. At 29th Street, turn right and go one block. Tri-State Oral & Facial Surgery is located on the right at the corner of 29th. Street and Carter Avenue.

1. Travel Interstate 64 East and take Cannonsburg Exit 185.
2. Turn left off the exit onto U.S. 60, travel seven miles to the city of Ashland, KY.
